Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Channel Marketing Manager to join our Field Forensic Division. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing partner marketing relationships, and engaging our brand through channel-to-customer activities on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for onboarding new channel partners in international markets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new channel partners across diverse global regions.
  • Create and execute partner marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales internationally.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded marketing materials and campaigns tailored to specific regional markets.
  • Implement through-channel marketing automation (TCMA) strategies to enhance partner engagement globally.
  • Organize and conduct partner training sessions on product knowledge and marketing best practices, considering cultural and regional differences.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics across different international markets and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent 908 Devices at international industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences.
  • Align international channel marketing activities with overall company marketing and sales objectives.
  • Develop and manage partner incentive programs to drive global sales across the entire product line.
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with local regulations and cultural norms in target markets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • International channel partner onboarding and management.
  • Global marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Content creation and management for partner communications across different cultures.
  • Digital marketing and social media expertise with an international perspective.
  • Data analysis and performance reporting for diverse markets.
  • Project management and organization in a global context.
  • CRM and marketing automation software proficiency.
  • Adaptability to different business practices and cultural norms.
  • B2G experience sales and marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of mass spectrometry and/or FTIR technology.
  • Understanding of international business-to-government marketing processes.
  • Experience with export compliance and international trade regulations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in international channel marketing, preferably in the forensic or scientific instrument industry.
  • Proven track record of successful partner onboarding and relationship management in diverse global markets.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across different countries and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of international markets for forensic and first responder equipment.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, multinational team.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
