ABOUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a driven and experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee all material handling, inventory, and logistical activities at our Anduril NC Location. In this role, you will Lead daily warehouse operations, lead a high-performing team, and champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability in support of our manufacturing and disturbing activities.

To succeed in this role, you must combine visionary leadership with hands-on operational expertise. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building and sustaining systems that support safe, repeatable spaceflight. Your ability to lead people, troubleshoot issues cross-functionally, and ensure material readiness will directly support company mission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material distribution and cycle count.
  • Act as a key operations liaison, supporting interdepartmental troubleshooting across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Engineering to resolve material flow, inventory, and scheduling issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to quickly identify root causes of delays, shortages, or discrepancies and drive effective, long-term solutions.
  • Oversee team performance: set goals, manage training and certifications.
  • Champion safe handling and storage practices for hazardous materials, raw metals, energetic systems, and sensitive components.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and SKU integrity using ERP/MRP systems; maintain high accuracy and accountability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for inventory variances and process gaps.
  • Establish and manage KPIs to track inventory accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across warehouse and material flow processes.
  • Maintain warehouse reporting and dashboards to inform operations, procurement, and leadership.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, including Excess & Obsolete inventory policies, and lead disposition efforts when necessary.
  • Assist and resolve invoice discrepancies in partnership with Accounts Payable and Supply Chain teams.
  • Use data-driven analysis to optimize space utilization, workforce productivity, and process throughput.
  • Operate forklifts and support elevated work as needed, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Must be able to work night or weekend operation to support company mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leadership experience in warehouse and/or supply chain operations, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/MRP), BOM structures, planning, and material estimating.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, performance management, and development planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve cross-functional operational issues under pressure.
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment and work safely with sensitive or hazardous materials.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
US Salary Range
$57,000$85,500 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
