Talent Sourcing: Proactively find and attract candidates using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Team Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, manage negotiations, and guide candidates through the process until acceptance.
ATS Management: Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate records and streamline the hiring process.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless start.
