Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead and grow our approved product Ellacor. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing regional sales plans and quotas, coaching and training sales teams, and ensuring high-level customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital equipment sales within the aesthetics or healthcare industry, with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. This role will report to the Vice President, Commercial Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies for your assigned region aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive achievement of sales targets/quotas for Ellacor.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists.
- Conduct regular field visits to support team members and reinforce best practices.
- Work with Clinical Training Coordinator to facilitate ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and clinical applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including plastic surgeons, dermatologists and qualified med spas
- Support high-level negotiations and contract discussions.
- Partner with ASM and PSM to ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale support and training.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in capital equipment, medical device sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in capital equipment sales and team development.
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes and clinical environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Clinical training or background in surgical or diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
