Profile description:
Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences, with at least 5+ years in local/global marketing roles Previous people‑leadership experience, including managing and developing international teams Demonstrated success in on‑market strategy, lifecycle management, and global product launches Strong expertise in point‑of‑care diagnostics and/or molecular technologies Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders Strong communication, strategic planning, and executive presentation skills Fluent in English
