Customer Care Trainee
- Scopo del ruolo
- Attività principali
- Essere il primo punto di contatto per i clienti (telefono, email, Customer Portal), registrando le richieste nel sistema CRM
- Fornire supporto su richieste tecniche semplici, con il supporto del team
- Smistare correttamente le richieste più complesse ai team specialistici (triage)
- Supportare la gestione della documentazione tecnica e del sistema qualità
- Monitorare le scadenze delle apparecchiature soggette a controlli metrologici
- Supportare attività amministrative, come richieste di acquisto tramite sistema
- Requisiti
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Biologia, Biotecnologie, Life Sciences o discipline medico-scientifiche ( Il percorso di studi permette di comprendere le basi tecniche dei prodotti e dei servizi offerti ai clienti)
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Interesse per il contatto con il cliente e per attività di supporto tecnico
- Capacità di ascolto e attenzione ai bisogni delle persone
- Buone capacità comunicative, sia scritte che orali
- Attitudine all’organizzazione e al lavoro in team
- Contesto del ruolo
- Area: Customer Service – Remote Support
- Interfacce principali: Clienti, Support Center, Field Service, Sales
- Obiettivo dello stage: acquisire competenze base nella gestione cliente e nei processi di supporto tecnico in ambito diagnostico
