Major Responsibilities

▫ Assets accounting

• Investment order creation
• Fixed asset bookkeeping (asset retirement, asset transfer) for OTA
• Capitalized Instrument management
  
  

▫ Accounts Receivable

• AR, DSO, Overdue management
• Customer credit limit & mortgage management
• Intercompany management
• Recharge to Intercompany
  
  

▫ General ledger accounting

• Preparation and posting of relevant entries related to bad debt provisions & accruals
• VAT reconciliation (sales & purchases), VAT return filing
• Prepare ad hoc reports or analysis in relation with his/her responsibilities according to Accounting manager or CFO’s request
• Alert promptly the Accounting Manager or the CFO of any possible risks and propose corrective actions.
  
  

▫ Tax

• VAT declaration
• Corp. Registration tax declaration
  
  

▫ Month/Quarter/Year end closing

• Manage the relationship with external auditors for his/her area of responsibility
• Inventory reconciliation report
  
  

▫ Internal control

• Implementation and/or maintenance of the ad hoc internal controls related with the above accounting areas
  
  

▫ Legal & Admin task

• Contract management (Instrument, distributor, PM & others)
• BOD follow up
• Insurance
  
  

Qualifications

▫ Accounting or Finance major background

▫ Professional Accountancy Qualifications Required

▫ More than 5 years’ Work experience in accounting field

▫ International company working e xperience is highly valuable

▫ SAP Experience Is Preferred

▫ S hould have a strong work ethic, problem solving, capable of multi-tasking, communication/interpersonal skills, collaborative with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

▫ Proficiency in English is required
