The DashPass Integrated Marketing team is focused on growing and retaining members by offering them a subscription with outsized value and access to the best of what DoorDash offers and beyond. Strategic Partnerships are a critical growth lever for DashPass involving our most-valued US corporate development partners. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development and execution of highly engaging and innovative strategic partnerships that fuel our business growth.

In this role, you will use insights to develop consumer-first strategies to launch and sustain strategic partnerships. This involves creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns built against both external partner and DoorDash goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, driving our business forward and serving consumers’ needs.

We’re excited about you because you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 7+ years as a Marketer spanning both brand and direct response
  • Experience in partner marketing at a consumer brand or tech company
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through partner marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • You are comfortable with creativity and analytics - you can brainstorm campaigns idea, and do the analytical work to prove their efficacy
  • You have experience overseeing growth across owned and paid channels with an understanding of channel effectiveness, key optimization levers, and incremental growth opportunities
  • You put the consumer at the heart of your work and rally the business in fulfilling their needs through our products and benefits
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Act as the lynchpin between marketing teams (CRM, Performance, Creative Studio), Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Analytics to build and execute on strategic partnerships
  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and most high profile strategic partners
  • Set the quarterly partnership marketing goals across the strategic partnerships portfolio, and establish weekly reporting to track their progress in partnership with Analytics, Strategy & Operations and channel teams.
  • Develop quarterly co-marketing strategies and plans with internal and external stakeholders with clear goals, audience insights. end-to-end campaign strategy, channel plans and execution plan.
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from marketing brief and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day growth optimization and reporting across partner marketing efforts across core channels including paid media, CRM, merchandising, and partner channels
  • Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams
  • Drive cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal
  • Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, while driving action plans to grow our baseline paid subscriber balance quarter over quarter
  • Create process where process doesn’t exist across key DashPass strategic partnerships to streamline operations and foster a productive team culture
  • Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate
  • Identify resource gaps for DashPass Growth and Partnerships across the marketing team, and partner with your Manager and XFN partners to fill them

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
