About the Team

The Finance & Workforce Management (WFM) team is focused on optimizing operational efficiency, data integrity, and system scalability across Merchant Experience. We enable accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and performance reporting by ensuring consistency and alignment across workforce and operational data systems.

Within this space, Mapping & Data Systems Management plays a critical role in maintaining and evolving the data frameworks that connect platforms such as Salesforce, WFM tools, and reporting environments. We support cross-functional initiatives to improve data governance, streamline system integrations, and ensure that operational data translates into reliable insights.

We partner closely with Operations, Finance, Vendor Ops, Product, and Analytics teams to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making and support sustainable business growth.

About the Role

As a WFM Mapping Analyst, you will support the design, maintenance, and optimization of data mappings and system integrations that power workforce planning and operational reporting across the Merchant Experience organization.

This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and operations. You will help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of mapping logic across multiple platforms (including Salesforce and other operational/data systems), enabling reliable reporting and planning processes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, strengthen data governance, and support insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong attention to detail, a systems mindset, and the ability to work across multiple data environments.

This role reports to the Mapping Manager.

  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of mapping frameworks across systems (e.g., Salesforce, WFM tools, reporting platforms)
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across merchant hierarchies, account mappings, and workforce structures
  • Assist in designing and improving workflows that connect operational systems, reporting layers, and planning tools
  • Partner with WFM, Finance, and Operations to support forecasting inputs, capacity planning, and performance reporting
  • Identify data discrepancies and support resolution efforts to improve system alignment
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to support system integrations and data improvements
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data validation processes
  • Translate business requirements into structured data and mapping solutions
  • Monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies or risks
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices for scalability and operational excellence

We’re excited about you because...

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in workforce management, operations, analytics, or systems-related roles
  • You have experience working with multiple data systems (e.g., Salesforce, WFM platforms, BI tools)
  • You are detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • You have a systems-thinking mindset and can connect processes across tools and teams
  • You are comfortable working with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to learn and improve processes
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with workforce management tools or capacity planning concepts
  • Exposure to data pipelines, automation, or system integrations
  • Experience working with large operational datasets
