Summary
We are seeking a professional to join our team as an International Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a novel technology platform as it emerges in the expanding segment of cancer immunotherapy. The International Partnership Manager will develop and manage international distribution networks and strategic partnerships to drive sales and market expansion globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying distribution and direct clinical partners, cultivating strong relationships, and ensuring the effective flow of goods and services across borders. They will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and enhance brand visibility in international markets. The position is remote with international travel required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clinical Partnership Identification and Management (ex: inDNA):
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential international clinical partners.
- Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining strong relationships with international partners.
- Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with partners, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.

- International Distribution Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive international sales and distribution strategies to meet company growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Sales and Market Expansion:
- Develop and manage international programs, including performance metrics and incentive frameworks.
- Drive profitable sales through international partners, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions and support initiatives for international markets.

- Logistics and Supply Chain:
- Work with internal operations team to optimize international distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Education and Experience
