What You Will Do:

  • Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations across Turkey and MEA markets.
  • International HR Consultation: Support clients and employees with HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce-related queries across the MEA region.
  • In-Country Expertise - Turkey: Act as the primary SME for Turkish labor laws, employment regulations, payroll practices, with working knowledge of other MEA countries.
  • Regional HR Support - MEA: Provide HR operational support across Middle East and Africa countries, adapting to evolving business and market needs.
  • Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations across Turkey and MEA markets.
  • Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review employment contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation across regional markets.
  • Immigration & Mobility Support: Support work permits, visa processes, mobility cases, and immigration documentation across the MEA region.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: Coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, immigration vendors, and external partners across multiple countries.
  • Performance & Compensation Support: Support PIPs, promotions, salary changes, and compensation-related processes across the region.
  • Business Continuity & Operational Resilience: Support operational continuity during workforce transitions, market shifts, and organizational changes.
  • Workload Transition & Knowledge Transfer: Document operational processes and support effective knowledge transfer across the team.
  • Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Drive automation, process improvement, and AI adoption initiatives within HR Operations.
  • Global Initiatives & Continuous Improvement: Support global HR projects, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within EOR, PEO, HRO, or multinational environments.
  • Fluent Turkish and English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Turkish labor laws with exposure to employment regulations across MEA countries preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex employee relations, terminations, and operational escalations across multiple countries.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving business environments.
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional partnerships across regional markets.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related field preferred.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
