Your mission is to identify and attract the best talent who align both professionally and personally with Hawk. You are dedicated to finding the perfect candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and taking pride in contributing to the growth and success of both the candidates and the organization.


  • Partner with department heads to understand and anticipate hiring needs across all functions, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, and tech.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in hiring across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of various business functions and the ability to source talent for a wide range of roles.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics.
