Your Mission

We are seeking an accomplished Global Head of Delivery & PMO to lead the global delivery, professional services, and project management functions at Hawk.

This role is central to how Hawk delivers value to its customers – ensuring every implementation, project, and professional service engagement is executed with precision, predictability, and excellence. You will shape and scale the operating model and vision for enterprise and mid-market delivery, building the foundation for a world-class function that drives customer outcomes and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Hawk’s platform implementations globally across enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Define and embed a consistent delivery methodology that balances rigor, agility, and customer centricity.

  • Ensure successful handover from Sales/Pre-Sales into Delivery and from Delivery into steady-state Customer Success.

  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Customer Success leadership to drive alignment on scope, timelines, and customer outcomes.

Professional Services Development

  • In partnership with Hawk leadership, build and lead a scalable Professional Services function, offering high-value consulting, configuration, rule optimization, analytics, and training.

  • Develop standard service offerings, pricing models, and delivery playbooks to drive utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for service-led revenue growth and differentiation in partnership with GTM and Finance teams.

PMO & Governance

  • Establish and lead a central PMO to bring discipline, visibility, and predictability to all customer-facing projects.

  • Develop Hawk’s delivery governance framework, including project tracking, risk management, resource planning, and executive reporting.

  • Create and own KPIs for project delivery health, time-to-value, profitability, and CSAT.

Operational Excellence

  • Champion operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making, tooling, and process automation.

  • Introduce delivery dashboards, templates, and best practices to enable consistent execution across all regions.

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless incident, change, and enhancement management within ongoing projects.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and lead a high-performing global team of Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Professional Services Consultants.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a key member of the extended CS & Delivery leadership team, representing delivery operations in cross-functional strategy discussions.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery or professional services leadership roles within enterprise SaaS, ideally in RegTech, FinCrime, or adjacent compliance technology domains.

  • Proven ability to build or scale delivery and PMO functions across multiple regions.

  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, customer onboarding, and enterprise project governance.

  • Track record of improving time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and delivery profitability.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to influence across executive, technical, and customer teams.

  • Deep operational mindset with a hands-on approach to process design, measurement, and improvement.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing scalable methodologies (e.g. PMI, Agile, PRINCE2 adapted for SaaS delivery).

  • Passion for building structure and excellence in complex, fast-moving environments.
