Your Mission
As a Project Manager at Hawk, you will play a central role in delivering successful customer projects across our AML and fraud prevention platform. You will ensure every project is structured, well governed, and driven to a timely and successful go live, managing internal and external resource.
You will manage complex, multi stakeholder delivery programmes for banks, payment providers, and large financial institutions, ensuring predictable execution and strong commercial control. This role is key to ensuring customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across Hawk’s customer portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Delivery
Lead large scale enterprise delivery projects from kick off to go live, ensuring clear structure, governance, and accountability
Build and maintain detailed project plans with defined scope, milestones, deliverables, and owners
Drive regular project reviews and executive status meetings with customer and internal stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring they are escalated and resolved quickly
Guarantee projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within agreed budget and commercial terms
Customer Engagement and Communication
Serve as the main point of coordination for enterprise customers during delivery
Establish clear communication channels with senior customer stakeholders
Set expectations on timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics
Prepare structured progress reports, steering committee packs, and post project reviews
Build trusted relationships that reinforce Hawk’s reputation as a reliable, enterprise grade partner
Commercial Ownership and Financial Management
Own project commercials in partnership with Finance and Customer Success, including budget control, invoicing, and margin tracking
Ensure change requests, additional work, and out of scope items are identified and commercially managed
Support the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project estimates
Maintain accurate tracking of time, costs, and resource utilisation to protect project profitability
Provide commercial transparency to leadership through structured reporting and forecasting
Internal Coordination and Continuous Improvement
Collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants to ensure high quality technical delivery
Coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success for dependency alignment
Support post launch handover to Customer Success with clear documentation and knowledge transfer
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Hawk’s delivery frameworks, playbooks, and PMO standards
Share lessons learned and best practices across the delivery organisation
Travel

Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for key customer meetings, workshops, and project milestones
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience managing enterprise customer delivery projects within a technology or B2B SaaS environment, ideally within the financial crime space
Proven ability to lead complex, multi stakeholder projects involving financial institutions or regulated industries
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level
Highly organised, with the ability to structure large programmes and balance multiple priorities
Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
Prior experience in AML, fraud prevention, or compliance technology is a strong advantage
Familiarity with enterprise software implementation lifecycles and integrations
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is beneficial but not essential
