Vi søger to kollegaer til vores Onkologi salgsteam, som kan understøtte den nationale produktstrategi gennem tæt dialog og samarbejde med de institutioner og fagpersoner, der dagligt arbejder med patienterne, så vi sammen kan tilbyde den rette behandling.

Som Therapeutical Area Specialist, Onkologi vil du både være med til at udvikle nye salgsaktiviteter samt eksekvere de accountplaner, der tilrettelægges på tværs af afdelinger i Danmark.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet bestå af:

• At udvikle og implementere salgsbudskabet klart og korrekt til sundhedsfagligt personale.

• Løbende kontakt til specialister og samarbejdspartnere i form af salgsmøder, symposier og nationale kongresser.

• At udvikle og eksekvere hovedprojekter og accountplaner i et tæt samarbejde med vores afdelinger for Marketing, Market Access og Medical.

• At holde dig fagligt opdateret på terapiområdet samt ændringer i omverdenen, som påvirker salget i dine accounts.

Har du interesse for farmaceutisk forretning?

Det er vigtigt, at du har en grundlæggende interesse for salg i farmaceutiske virksomheder samt det danske sundhedssystem og medicinalindustrien generelt. Har du erfaring med salg inden for onkologien vil det være en fordel.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Promotion and Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue

  • Creates demand for BMS medicines by leading in-depth, evidence-based scientific discussions that align with the latest clinical guidelines and research findings and ensures medical accuracy.
  • Engages with and continuously maintains/grows a high level of scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas and demonstrates passion in using approved scientific resources and publications to present information to HCPs.
  • Proactively uses available tools to derive insights, inform call plans, and provides feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Identifies and capitalizes on business opportunities that remove hurdles for prescription.
  • Collaborates closely with the IBL and the Nordic NPM to develop and implement marketing and sales communication strategies using digital technologies to increase customer engagement and awareness of BMS products.
  • Works with the Nordic NPM to develop and implement educational materials within the Oncology team to strengthen HCPs' perception and understanding of BMS immuno-oncology therapies.
  • Ensures seamless communication and collaboration within the team to address scientific inquiries effectively and engages with cross-functional teams to enhance scientific leadership and customer service.
  • Organizes external speaker meetings in cross-functional collaboration within the therapeutic area.
  • Continuously updates and shares knowledge on the latest clinical trial results, medical guidelines, and therapeutic strategies with HCPs.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Proactively collaborate internally to ensure the best Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs.
  • Gathers and shares relevant insights and information internally with medical and commercial teams to enhance BMS's scientific leadership and customer service.
  • Synthesizes and communicates medical insights from the field to shape company or brand strategies and enhance the scientific acumen of the organization.

Compliance:

  • Complies with all internal and external laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of BMS business.

Position summary

This field-based role requires a commitment to excellence, a customer-centric approach, and a dedication to meeting the needs of HCPs through a combination of scientific acumen and sales proficiency.

This role is instrumental in driving the adoption and appropriate use of BMS medicines by generating and/or leading evidence-based scientific discussions that align with the latest clinical guidelines and research findings. The role builds and maintains strong professional credibility with HCPs and other stakeholders in the patient care continuum as their primary point of contact. By leveraging scientific knowledge and a deep understanding of clinical research, the TAS effectively communicates the value of BMS products, ensuring their safe and appropriate use.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the TAS synthesizes field insights to inform and enhance BMS's scientific leadership and commercial strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferences for the role:

  • Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience with a focus on medical affairs or clinical research, in addition to healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse is.
  • Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the scientific method and clinical research processes, enabling the provision of high-level scientific support to HCPs.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer influence network via a customer-centric mindset and desire to create positive and differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a positive team mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Strong selling and promotional skills proven through a track record of performance.
