The Medical Strategy & Operations Coordinator acts with the highest standards of integrity and responsibility. Has knowledge of events planning and organization, it is an organized and analytical person. Has an urgency sense and good communication, focused on the quality of results, as well as the ability to solve problems.
Position Responsabilities:
Operational support in the execution of the Medical Plan and activities with DAS and MSLs;
Monitoring of Corporate Giving requests from the Medical Area;
Support in the biannual update of the Speaker Pool in cooperation with Medical and EMCoE team;
Responsible for updating Intercon's mailing list (D-List);
Support in Medical events audits;
Monitoring of contracts in the Medical Strategy & Ops area;
Control, opening and monitoring of POs, Invoices and supplier payments;
Monitoring and supporting the activities of the Medical Strategy & Operations Intern;
Focal Point for Medical affairs processes;
Support in Budget management: monthly monitoring and consolidation of budget information in cooperation with DAS and Finance team, support in the Phasing and Projections actions
Review of documentation and activities to ensure compliance process and SOPs.
Consolidation of mandatory documents for activity closure and archiving
Cross-border processes (activities initiated by Medical and hiring of Brazilian HCPs by other countries)
Support in the implementation of HOE projects
Update of the Medical affairs Sharepoint
Submission and follow-up of medical materials in the PromoMats and MoveIT systems
Support for the implementation of new processes related to Medical SOPs & Directives and the audit tactical plan
Responsible for updating and presenting the event calendar in operational meetings within the department
Support with onboarding related to Medical Strategy & Operations for new Medical Affairs team members
Support in the organization of internal meetings
Developing reports to monitor and review activities and processes within the Medical Affairs department
Ensure compliance with Interfarma, RDC96 guidelines, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements in Medical Affairs activities
Provide support to the Medical Strategy & Operations Manager in administrative tasks and overall Medical Strat & Ops activities.
Requirements:
Proficient in English (written/oral) and local language.
Good communication and interpersonal relationship.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
