Position Summary:

The Associate Director, HCP Marketing – Reblozyl will be a key member of the brand team, responsible for translating strategic direction into impactful field execution. This individual will ensure HCP marketing strategies are effectively communicated, adopted, and executed by field-facing teams. This role will lead the development of field tools, training alignment, and pull-through initiatives that drive engagement and uptake across Reblozyl’s approved indications. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering results through seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of key sales meetings (national POA, regional meetings), ensuring strategy is effectively cascaded to the field

  • Partner closely with sales leadership and training to ensure teams are equipped with clear messaging, objection handling, and aligned KPIs

  • Own development of field-facing materials and serve as marketing lead for sales pull-through

  • Act as the primary marketing point for the field, building strong partnerships and to identify opportunities and remove barriers

  • Gather field insights to continuously refine messaging and tactics, ensuring alignment with on-the-ground needs and market dynamics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across training, medical affairs, access, operations, and co-promote partners (e.g., Merck)

  • Represent marketing in Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives and commercial operations planning

  • Support HCP team in ad hoc projects as needed

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • 6+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including HCP marketing, brand strategy, or field sales/execution

  • Strong track record of translating brand strategy into high-impact HCP campaigns

  • Experience supporting field teams and partnering with sales leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

  • Hematology, oncology, or specialty care experience preferred

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $164,990 - $199,900 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.

Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
