Position Summary

  • シニアマネージャー職は、カスタマー・エクスペリエンス・エンゲージメント エンジン(CE^3)の効果的な開発と運用を担当し、社内のクロスファンクショナルチーム(Brand Team, Sales, BIA, Omni Channel Strategy, Commercial Data Capabilities, Sales Force Excellence, Commercialization Learning, IT, Legal & Compliance)およびグローバル機能チーム(BIA Data Science and Technology, IT)のハブとして機能します。
  • 本役職は、ブランドリーダーやブランドチームの主要メンバーにとって貴重なビジネスパートナーとなることが期待されます。ブランド戦略と戦術に対する深い理解を活用し、営業チームがより効率的かつ効果的な方法で顧客エンゲージメントを強化できるよう支援し、BMSの競争力向上に貢献します。

Key Responsibilities

  • CE^3分析エンジンの開発・運用を主導・調整する
    • 新製品ローンチに向けたCE^3構築プロセス全体を包括的かつ総合的に監督・管理し、ブランド戦略・戦術との整合性を確保するとともに、CE^3エンジン&UIデザインにおいて、BU間の一貫性やブランド固有のビジネスニーズの適切なバランスを保つ。
    • 日本/WW間のクロスファンクショナル協業を橋渡しし、課題や障壁を特定。チームを導き効果的に解決し、各製品のCE^3ローンチを成功させる。
    • ブランドチームとセールスチーム双方のチェンジマネジメントを統括する。
    • KPI分析を行い、ステークホルダーと連携して課題を特定・解決することでCE^3を効果的に運用する。プラットフォームの継続的進化に向けた改善を推進。WWチームとのコミュニケーションと協業を主導的に推進。

  • 初級から中級レベルの英語:
    WWチームとの協業になるため会議での会話、メール、資料作成等で英語は必須
  • 日本語:流暢
    コマーシャル関連部門のステークホルダーと新たなビジネスモデルについて協議・実行するために必須

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
