Position Summary

The DADP rotational program will provide opportunities that will enable BI&T to deliver on our organizational commitments.
DADP is a two-year rotational program designed to discover your strengths, passion, and career interests while contributing to BMS’ digital aspirations within Business Insights & Technology. Our DADPs learn and gain skills through formal training, stretch assignments, mentoring and exposure to a broad set of digital technologies such as AWS, Azure, Python, Tableau, Salesforce, SAP, advanced robotics and machine learning frameworks.
As a DADP Associate, you’ll accelerate innovation in patient care by working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. You’ll rotate through high-impact teams, tackle real-world challenges, and build solutions that directly improve patients’ lives. From day one, you’ll be mentored by industry leaders, participate in exclusive networking events, and shape your own career journey. Our DADP alumni have gone on to lead major projects in cybersecurity, digital labs, and enterprise systems— enhancing patient data privacy, deploying AI in clinical trials, and streamlining drug manufacturing - your path could be next!

Qualifications & Experience
Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or other majors with an interest in technology and a passion for patients.
Additionally seeking individuals with life sciences backgrounds including but not limited to, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry
Applicants who graduated within the last year or will graduate by May 2026.

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
