Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days p/week in office)
The Senior Manager, International Finance role will be based in Dublin reporting to the Director, FP&A in Boston. This role will operate as an international CFO and be the right-hand to our international leadership team.
You will wear many hats in this role, from being the strategic international business partner, to handling core FP&A responsibilities, connecting the dots and supporting escalations across local finance operations (billing, collections, deal desk), to leading cross-functional projects to enter new markets. You will be a central point of contact for international finance and collaborate deeply with the cross-functional Finance teams based out of Boston.
You will be someone who is highly self-motivated, hungry to learn, has strong multi-tasking skills and willing to take the drivers seat. How You Will Make a Difference:
- Lead international financial planning and forecasting efforts, working closely with the U.S. FP&A team to ensure alignment with the long-term financial model and organizational financial targets
- Collaborate with EMEA and APAC GTM leadership to model business cases behind international initiatives, such as mid-market acceleration strategies and expansion into new markets. Partner with GTM Ops to track progress against international initiatives
- Support the facilities team in strategic location planning for new international entities, ensuring scalability and alignment with global operations
- Partner with Treasury and Pricing teams to design and implement a functional currency roadmap
- Provide informal leadership and act as the central point for escalations to ensure we are driving speed within the regions related to Finance activities such as deal desk, tax, treasury and collections so that we meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk
- Partner with Corporate FP&A and other members of the FP&A team, preparing regional and/or country-specific financial statements
- Present monthly/quarterly forecasts to influence strategy and decision making for International leadership
Who you are:
- Experience in a business partnership/ advisory role with senior leadership
- Proven ability to navigate a matrix environment, skilfully collaborate with regional and HQ stakeholders to balance the needs of the organization
- Exceptional communication skills - must have the ability to analyze and visualize financial data and prepare concise reports, and the ability to assist management in understanding financial performance and KPIs
- Excellent storyteller with deep strategic thinking, analytical and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Error free, attention to detail with passion for achieving a high degree of accuracy
- Planful, NetSuite, ThoughtSpot and Tableau experience preferred but not required
Education and Experience:
- BA/ BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
- 8+ years of experience in an FP&A/ Operational Finance or related role
- 5+ years experience in a business partnership role
- Proven experience working in a matrix environment (either a region or HQ matrix)
- Knowledge of/ prior experience in the SaaS industry across consolidations, go-to-market and or engineering

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
