Senior Sales Operations Analyst, APAC
Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid; 3 days in office)
Team: Go-to-Market Operations (GTM Ops) – APAC Sales Operations

About the Team

Sales Operations is a core pillar of Klaviyo’s global Go-to-Market Operations function. We design, build, and maintain the systems, processes, and insights our customer-facing teams rely on to accelerate revenue. In APAC, we partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Customer Success to achieve our revenue targets for the region by providing fact-based insights and recommendations. As Klaviyo continues its rapid expansion across the region and expands into new markets the APAC Sales Ops team plays a critical role in driving consistent forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, and operational rigor.

About the Role

As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst for APAC, you will own the analytics, processes, and reporting that empower our sales teams to exceed revenue targets. You’ll join at an inflection point—helping to build scalable frameworks in a hyper-growth environment, while shaping the future of the APAC organization. You are a hands-on analyst with an ability to distill complex data from Salesforce, Tableau and SQL into actionable insights. You thrive under tight deadlines, can juggle conflicting priorities, and are energized by partnering cross-functionally and working with colleagues in different regions to solve complex problems. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director (APAC), you will:

  • Serve as the primary SalesOps business partner for Sales Directors and Sales Managers.

  • Design and optimize territory models and coverage plans to support sellers across all market segments and sub-regions.

  • Own regional management reporting including the weekly sales forecast

  • Provide ad hoc analysis for management

  • Build Salesforce dashboards and ad hoc analyses that track key sales metrics and support sales play execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 Years of Relevant Experience:

    • Proven track record in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, RevOps, or management consulting—ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Advanced Analytics & Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency modeling in Excel or Google Sheets

    • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CMRs, with the ability to create reports and dashboards

    • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract, transform and analyze data

  • Business Acumen & Strategic Mindset:

    • Comfortable translating raw data into concise, actionable recommendations that move the needle on revenue.

    • Experience working with and empathy for commercial leadership

    • Ability to balance “big picture” (long-term scalability) with “detail orientation” (data integrity, report accuracy).

  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication—able to present complex analyses to senior executives

    • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and peers without direct authority

    • Skilled in building remote relationships across multiple time zones

  • Project Management & Execution:

    • Highly organized self-starter with a bias for action—able to manage multiple initiatives and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience with cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, with clear documentation and status updates.

  • Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
