About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team (CNT). The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a strong strategic advisor and problem solver, who can break down ambiguous challenges into actionable, data driven solutions for an executive audience. This person is energized by tackling hard / ambiguous problems, understanding all of the drivers to sustainably grow new services, and expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas to support Lyra’s growing member base
- Conduct complex data analysis (quantitative, qualitative) to understand context and generate organizational insights; proactively work with cross-functional partners to source data
- Clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with product marketing, partnerships, customer success and product teams to skillfully design scalable solutions that anticipate and meet customer needs; develop custom offerings to meet bespoke customer needs
- Understand the rapidly evolving landscape of customer & client service centers; translate insights into recommendations for new processes, tools and technologies to enhance high quality and efficient servicing across CNT operations
- Own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects Lead cross-functional partnerships with finance & operations teams to support short and long-term planning
Qualifications
- Bachelors and 8+ years work experience
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
- Relevant work experience: Management consulting, internal strategy, strategy & operations
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams
- Ability to take unstructured data, ambiguous and multivariable business requirements and programmatic parameters and translate them into actionable insights and project plan
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and customer service platforms
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Prior experience and passion for working closely with healthcare leaders
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
