ModMed is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader of Quality Product & Performance to play a critical role in driving our organization's Quality Program and Registry experience. You will leverage your expertise and experience to lead the development of our MIPS Quality and Registry Product roadmap to ensure our solutions optimize client quality performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large, global teams through complex challenges, utilizing a cross-functional and collaborative leadership approach to achieve industry-leading business results.

Your Role:

  • Lead and direct Clinical Quality Product & Performance initiatives, including traditional MIPS reporting and the evolution to MIPS Value Pathways (MVP), eCQMs and digital QMs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation requirements from agencies such as CMS.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and performance, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Oversee the management of quality reporting and performance product management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to address complex issues and drive solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring that quality and performance objectives and deadlines are met.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the organization's products remain competitive and compliant.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in quality product and performance management, with a strong track record of driving business results in a healthcare setting and progressive leadership roles.
  • Previous experience leading MIPS Programs, Quality Payment Programs, and healthcare registry initiatives is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, global teams through complex challenges using a collaborative leadership approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Executive leadership training and experience leading value-based care initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
