The senior RCM Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for providing business intelligence pertaining to KPIs and other performance metrics. This includes, but is not limited to monthly scorecards, user-friendly dashboards and validation of service level agreements (SLA) for RCM Global Partners. This data will be used by RCM leadership and others across the RCM teams to assess RCM performance, identify opportunities, measure against SLAs, and for other purposes to drive decision making. The BI analyst will report to the AVP, RCM Global Operations and Site Lead..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear insights into key business metrics
- Set up, maintain, and optimize databases to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and up-to-date for reporting and analysis purposes
- Provide any necessary training to users of the BI reports.
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Validate SLAs and other performance metrics for RCM Global Partners and communicate the status back to them.

- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of data used for reporting and analysis, addressing data issues as they arise
- Develop Python scripts for algorithm-based audits
- Perform in-depth EDA to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, helping the business understand its performance and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee the daily execution of BI tasks, ensuring that all BI systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in developing dashboards and other reports as per the requirements of the business.
- At least 5 years’ experience working with a Provider RCM US healthcare company; must have hands-on knowledge of RCM functions, KPIs, Data Sets, etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of the tools and technologies to be deployed for data analytics such as Python, Power BI, SAS, SQL, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including ability to create Macros and other related tools.
- Hands-on knowledge of other Microsoft and related tools to present Business Intelligence in a clear and professional way.
- Proven expertise in developing dashboards while analyzing data from various sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Any bachelor's degree - Mandatory
- Certification/ Diploma in Data Analytics - Preferred.
