ModMed is hiring a driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Growth team. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the field sales organization by providing them with tools, resources, training, content, and guidance to help increase their effectiveness in the field. They will work closely with all members of the Sales Operations team as well as cross-functional partners throughout the business including Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Cycle, Clinical, IT, Customer Success, and Leadership.

Your Role:

  • Developing and implementing processes, tools, and programs to support the sales organization including but not limited to territory planning, quota management, pipeline management, forecasting, sales analytics/reporting, competitive intelligence, sales training, and sales operations technology
  • Onboard new sales team members to develop product knowledge, sales process, sales methodology, and fundamental sales skills
  • Utilize Salesloft Engagement platform to review calls and coach SDRs
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new sales technologies and enablement programs
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics and create action plans based on insights gained
  • Partner with Marketing on the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
  • Maintain sales content such as battlecards, talking points, FAQs, and other sales collateral
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales content and materials
  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests related to sales operations

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Salesforce automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel quarterly and work eastern or central business hours
