ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Product Launch Manager responsible for the successful introduction of ModMed products and services into the market. This individual contributor role requires strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and meticulous execution to ensure product launches meet their objectives and align with the company's overall goals and stakeholders’ expectations. The Senior Product Launch Manager plays a key role in orchestrating ModMed’s go-to-market operational readiness activities for product launches. This is a great opportunity to assist with the launch of our ModMed Scribe, an AI-Powered solution for medical practices!
Your Role:
- Create detailed product launch plans that outline objectives, strategies, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all launch activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
- Understand operational dependencies (e.g., pricing, SKUs, go/no-go milestones, legal review, compliance signoff, etc.) to establish realistic goals and timelines.
- Influence the evolution of standardized processes and tools to drive scalability, consistency, and efficiency in launch activities.
- Maintain constant alignment between product, marketing, and sales.
- Collaborate with product management, general managers, marketing, sales, customer success, digital experience, and the business development, strategy & operations teams to ensure seamless execution of launch plans and address potential roadblocks.
- Ensure effective Sales and Customer Success training and readiness to create confidence in selling, onboarding, and supporting the products.
- Monitor the performance of product launches through key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all stakeholders and teams against their launch plan commitments.
- Analyze post-launch data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to strategies and plans.
- Create, document, and continuously refine best practices for product launches.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches.
- Proactively address issues that may impact the launch timeline or objectives.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management and other stakeholders regarding launch progress and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on launch activities and performance.
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field.
- A successful track record of successfully launching SaaS products (organic and white-labeled solutions) in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with launching products in the Healthcare market is desired.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across multiple business owners.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Superior communication skills and experience in taking complex launch information and turning it into easy-to-understand updates for senior executive teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-stress situations across a large group of stakeholders.
- High level of strategic thinking to develop and execute effective launch plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles proactively.
- Ability to translate market insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable launch strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
- The ability to work eastern business hours and travel domestically up to 10%.
