ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Director, Sales Enablement to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Sales Enablement team. The Senior Director, Sales Enablement will lead and execute Modernizing Medicine's sales enablement strategy, ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools necessary to achieve and exceed their revenue targets. This role is critical in driving sales productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across all sales functions.

Your Role:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Modernizing Medicine's business objectives and sales goals. Design and manage end-to-end enablement programs covering sales methodology, product knowledge, competitive intelligence, sales tools, and communication skills.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and dissemination of high-impact sales content, including playbooks, battlecards, presentations, demos, and case studies. Ensure content is easily accessible, up-to-date, and tailored to different stages of the sales cycle and buyer personas.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing sales professionals. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching initiatives.
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and optimize sales enablement technologies (e.g., CRM, learning management systems, content management platforms) to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. Ensure proper adoption and utilization of these tools.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, demonstrating a clear ROI and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and overall go-to-market strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a senior sales role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity. Experience in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for sales enablement that drives tangible business results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, with a track record of developing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15%.
