Job Title: RCM Accounts Receivable Analyst (Night Shift)

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

At ModMed, we’re placing doctors and patients at the center of care.

Our mission is to transform healthcare through an intelligent, specialty-specific cloud platform. We envision a world where our software increases medical-practice success and improves patient outcomes.

Why Join Us?

At ModMed, we don’t just write code or process claims; we innovate boldly and save time for healthcare providers so they can focus on what matters most: their patients. We believe in Aligning Passion with Purpose, Thinking Big, and—most importantly—Having Fun while we Do Good.

The Opportunity

As an RCM Accounts Receivable Analyst, you are a critical driver of medical-practice success within our India Operations. You aren’t just "following up"—you are a problem solver dedicated to Creating Customer Delight by ensuring our clients are compensated fairly and efficiently for the care they provide.

Reporting to the RCM AR Lead, you will manage a portfolio of practices, navigating the complexities of insurance balances and denials to ensure no claim is left behind.

Your Role: Innovate, Resolve, and Excel

  • Drive Resolution: Proactively work assigned claims and reports to identify and resolve denials. You’ll take decisive action to prevent write-offs and ensure every dollar is accounted for.
  • Analyze & Improve: Look beyond the surface. Analyze previous claim history, identify errors, and collaborate with the Quality Team to prevent future issues.
  • Be a Knowledge Leader: Stay ahead of the curve by attending trainings on new technologies and payer updates. You’ll recommend improvements to our SOPs based on your frontline insights.
  • Commit to Quality: Conduct regular self-audits to maintain our high standards. You’ll explore every possible avenue for resolution before moving a claim, embodying our "make things happen" spirit.
  • Collaborate: Work on special projects involving contractual adjustments and write-offs, while maintaining a positive, professional rapport with your team and leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Basics: 2+ years of dedicated AR Follow-up (Voice) experience in Physician RCM is essential.
  • The Expertise: Deep knowledge of Billing scrubbers, Payer Rejections, and the full RCM lifecycle. You should be an expert in Commercial & Federal payers, CARC codes, and resolving Auto, WC, and IPAs.
  • The Mindset: A "Think Big" attitude. You grasp new concepts quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are proficient in delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can listen deeply and resolve problems with empathy and precision.
  • Integrity: A strong commitment to HIPAA guidelines and information security to protect our clients and their patients.
  • Flexibility: Readiness to work from our India office during the night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) to align with our global operations.

Our Core Values: The ModMed Way

  • Create Customer Delight: Go above and beyond for our practices.
  • Save Time: Find efficiencies in every process.
  • Innovate Boldly: Don’t be afraid to suggest a better way.
  • Align Passion with Purpose: Love what you do and know why it matters.
  • Think Big. Have Fun. Do Good: Be part of a culture that celebrates success and impact.

Ready to transform the future of healthcare? Let’s make things happen together.
