We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Consultant 2 who is ready to bridge the gap between our EHR software and external solutions. This isn’t just a support role; it’s an opportunity to manage the vital workflows that ensure seamless data exchange and drive medical-practice efficiency.

Your Role
As an Integration Consultant 2, you will identify, test, implement, and support the integration points that connect our EHR with the broader healthcare ecosystem. You will be a knowledgeable resource for problem-solving, ensuring that data flows accurately and efficiently between disparate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Lead the design, build, and testing of interfaces between external systems and our EHR platform.
- Technical Implementation: Partner with internal and external teams to install and maintain integrations using HL7, XML, or flat files.
- Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans based on functional designs and execute application testing via scripts to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Advocacy: Respond to inquiries by researching information and verifying customer understanding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with enterprise contacts to verify data flow and serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting integration hurdles.
- Documentation: Create and interpret technical specifications and procedure manuals to maintain clear standards.
Skills & Requirements
The Essentials:
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in integrations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL, CSV files, and advanced Excel for data manipulation and mapping.
- Tooling: Experience with Mirth Connect, VPN clients, Remote Access software, and Windows Server environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both customers and internal teams.
- Flexibility: Ability to work from the office during night shifts (5:30 PM IST to 02:30 AM IST) to support our global operations.
- Adaptability: A positive attitude toward change and the ability to work independently while coordinating team efforts.
The "Plus" Factors:
- Specialty Knowledge: Industry knowledge of HL7 integration used in the healthcare speciality and procedure workflows.
- Clinical Insight: Prior experience or knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- Standard Patterns: Deep understanding of HL7 design patterns and best practices.
