Position Overview
Position Title: RCM Reporting Analyst
Job Profile: Data Informatics Analyst 2 (Individual Contributor)
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: Manager, RCM Performance Analytics
The Role
As an RCM Reporting Analyst, you will be a critical internal asset within our BOOST team, dedicated to driving data-driven clarity and operational excellence. In this role, you will eliminate reliance on third-party vendors by owning the maintenance, refresh, and technical health of our internal reporting ecosystem. You will act as a strategic gatekeeper—evaluating incoming reporting requests for necessity, scoping technical viability, and ensuring our global teams have access to an optimized, single source of truth. Your work will directly empower leadership and cross-functional teams to make accurate, real-time financial and operational decisions.
What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
📊 Reporting Maintenance, Updates & Data Refreshes |
Maintain, update, and manage regular refresh cycles of existing operational reports to ensure internal teams consistently work from the most current data.
Troubleshoot technical anomalies, data latency, and logic drift caused by evolving software configurations, payer rules, or billing codes.
Proactively manage the reporting life-cycle by purging redundant data and refreshing database connections to maintain infrastructure responsiveness.
🔍 Request Scoping & Strategic Evaluation |
Evaluate and scope incoming reporting requests to determine their technical viability against RCM system capabilities.
Prevent reporting redundancy and "report graveyards" by introducing targeted filters to existing templates rather than building redundant, custom reports.
Provide formal recommendations to senior leadership regarding whether to proceed with new builds or optimize existing reporting assets.
📈 Prepare & Present Reports |
Perform essential quality checks and data integrity validation on existing workflows.
Present report functionalities to internal stakeholders, guiding them on how to interpret complex data fields within the correct business context.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the enterprise globally—including the Continuous Improvement, Client Success, Coding/Auditing, and global vendor teams.
What You'll Bring (Requirements & Qualifications)

-
Core Capabilities:

-
