  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with US-based internal teams and cross-country stakeholders to assess, evaluate, and fulfill evolving coding education needs.

  • Analyze Trends & Solve Complex Problems: Evaluate coding quality trends, client assignments, and operational data to pinpoint specific training opportunities and propose proactive education plans.

  • Professional Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a surgical coder.

    • Minimum 3 years of core experience dedicated to denial coding review and management.

    • Demonstrated experience with multi-specialty coding, including surgical procedures across Orthopedics, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, and Dermatology, as well as Inpatient/Outpatient Evaluation & Management (E/M).

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of US healthcare standards, payer guidelines, CARC/RARC, NCCI edits, LCDs, and bundling principles.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Science, Anatomy, or a related field (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharma).

  • Communication & Mentorship: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to mentor, engage, and inspire individuals at varying stages of their coding careers.
