Job Description Summary:
Business Consultants identify client needs and goals of complex and multi-phase projects to prescribe a plan and standardized workflows for optimal ModMed software adoption. This includes process/gap analysis, workflow design, implementation support, KPI readouts, optimization, and creating custom materials to support the client and future projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform Process Analysis to identify organizational inefficiencies, needs, and client objectives, which will inform workflow recommendations for Modmed implementation.
- A readiness assessment across business units should also be included in this process.
- Manage multi-phase implementations for organizations with multiple business units migrating to Modmed:
- Support phased rollout planning, dependency mapping, super user support, and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare and present workflow documents including change management strategies to minimize disruption to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track adoption and process standardization across phases through Optimizations.
- Assists other team members as needed with any complex needs of non-multi-phase implementations.
- Serves as an escalation point for complex practices and cross-departmental issues on subjects of workflow and system function.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred
- 5 years of Clinical, Operational, or RCM experience and 1 year of Business Consulting experience.
- Change Management, Communication, Consulting, Critical Thinking, Conflict resolution, Healthcare Operations knowledge, Presentation, Project Management, Implementation planning, Public Speaking, EHR or Practice Management expertise, Resolution, and Troubleshooting.

- Communication: Understands audience needs and clearly expresses ideas to build trust, ensure understanding, and collaborate effectively.

- Working Conditions: 50-75% Travel.
