As Director of Medical Affairs USA, you will shape clinical evidence and expert advocacy that
establish our assays as the standard of care, building relationships with key opinion leaders
(KOLs) and leading our evidence generation and commercial team partnership.
What You’ll Do
As a key early hire you will:
• Partner for commercial success. Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and
Market Access to secure adoption, reimbursement and strategic partnerships
• Build and nurture thought-leadership. Create a nationwide KOL strategy and
cultivate lasting relationships that drive evidence generation and guideline adoption
• Own evidence generation. Design post-marketing study plans, publication roadmaps
and educational programs that highlight the clinical value of Nucleix diagnostics
• Champion scientific communication. Ensure all materials from slide decks,
manuscripts to field-team resources are medically rigorous and compliant with
regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor. Guide team members and collaborate with Commercial, Clinical,
Regulatory and external investigators
• Connect. Engage the field and scientific community with approximately 25 % travel
What We’re Looking For
• Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or Master’s with equivalent experience
• 8 years in biotech, pharma or diagnostics, including clinical product launch experience
• Deep clinical-scientific acumen in oncology or relevant specialties; comfortable
interpreting complex data
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently, including setting priorities and making
sound decisions to move the function forward
• Comfortable working in a binational environment and reporting structure
• Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills for high-level scientific audiences
• Demonstrated ability to design studies, manage and execute multiple projects and lead
or mentor teams in a dynamic, fast-changing setting
Preferred Skills
• Prior leadership of national medical affairs programs
• Experience shaping clinical guidelines
