With Olink, scientists can now simultaneously measure thousands of human proteins using just a few µL of blood sample, with highly specific, thoroughly validated assays that cover a very wide dynamic range (fg/mL to µg/mL).

In a few years, Olink has grown rapidly from a small, Sweden-based company offering assays for a few hundred proteins, to a NASDAQ-listed organization with a strong global presence, a broad portfolio of flexible protein biomarker solutions and library of high quality, thoroughly validated assays that covers ~5400 proteins.

Position Description

To continue our growth, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our organization as a CRM/Salesforce Specialist in our Commercial Operations team. The team is a distributed team consisting of 5 individuals with titles like Sales Operations Manager, Marketing Operations Manager as well as an additional CRM/Salesforce Specialist. The teams reports to our Director of Global Commercial Operations.

As our CRM/Salesforce Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the CRM strategy. We’re currently using Salesforce Lightning as our CRM. You will also be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions. You will help to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of Olink’s CRM instance, recommend best practices to all teams that use the CRM solution, collaborate with business areas to gather and document new and existing requirements. The role will also support and assist with end-user training and coordinate the implementation of these services for the business.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs and promote user efficiencies.
  • Manage the configuration of new and existing features including roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, rules, etc.
  • Monitor, preserve, and document the data privacy and security model.
  • Monitor, review and routinely ensure data accuracy across the platform.
  • Manage IT support tickets and administrative requests of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical and business issues.
  • Actively participate in the Salesforce roadmap and prioritization of projects with key stakeholders.
  • Work across teams (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations)
  • Provide universal support to the Commercial team as needed (e.g., generate quotations, help locate marketing materials, keep CRM database of customers updated).
  • Assist with various tasks and admin support as needed (e.g., contribute to process or document development, create CRM dashboards and reports).
  • Monitor, implement and communicate key salesforce development updates.
  • Support and assist with end-user training.
  • Facilitate and collect data for Incentive compensation plan (ICP) calculations on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Collaborate with business areas to gather, and document new and existing requirements.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 5+ years experience with Salesforce CRM required
  • Solid experience in configuration, data models, designing and implementing new processes within Salesforce Lightning
  • Solid experience and understanding of CPQ
  • Experience with declarative programming through tools such as flow and process builder are a plus
  • Experience with Change Management and working with end-users to gather requirements, build technical solutions, and foster adoption of best practices
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels and business units
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills, leveraged by strong computer skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a must both in verbal and written format
  • Experience working in an agile environment and with Jira is a plus

This is a remote position, but you need to already be located in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, France, UK, Spain, Denmark, Belgium or Italy to be eligible for this opening.
