Position Description

We are currently seeking a driven and forward-looking Senior Project Manager to join Olink and take responsibility for our digital initiatives related to software development. You will be pivotal for our continued success and advancement of our cutting-edge products. As a Senior Project Manager at Olink, you will be at the forefront of innovation in proteomics, driving a variety of projects including New Product Introductions (NPI) and diverse business initiatives.

You will be part of our Project Management Office (PMO), a dedicated team of project managers of varying experience, spearheading the most strategic and impactful projects aligned with Olink’s visionary goals.

Primary Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager at Olink you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects according to set timeframe and budget. This could include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• Develop a timetable for the projects according to set goals.

• Lead projects towards agreed goals according to set schedule, quality and budget.

• Coordinate the work between Olink's internal functions that participate in the projects in close collaboration with our software development and data science departments.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders internally and externally.

• Responsible for communication with the Steering Committee.

• Continually work to improve, educate and lead within Olink's project processes and integrate our agile ways of working in software development with the overall organization for maximum productivity.

• Work with our digital leadership to ensure efficient ways-of-working that drives innovation.

• Develop, manage and drive improvements through engagement, support teamwork and apply structured models in project management.

Qualifications/skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management with focus on digital products/software applications.

• Relevant degree in a related field (Bsc, MSc, PhD in Software Engineering)

• Experience of NPI projects in the life science industry is advantageous.

• Certification in Project Management including agile methodologies (e.g PMP, IPMA, SCRUM etc) is highly beneficial.

• Experience from software development in agile teams is highly advantageous.

• Experience in a coordinating role or in leading various initiatives is a strong merit.

• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory and necessary to be successful in this role.
