The Senior Director of Consultant Relations will be responsible for crafting and driving Ovia Health’s Consultant Relations strategy in partnership with Ovia’s Consultant Relations team. We are looking for an experienced leader who deeply understands the employee benefit space; experience working with major industry consultants (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Lockton, Mercer) is a plus! You will be a part of a small but growing team of consultant relations experts with the goal of building trust and educating consultants at a national and local level.

What you will do:

In consultation with the Chief Growth Officer, Director of Consultant Relations and Sales Leaders, create and execute a strategic plan to engage consultants at both the national and local level.

Expand Ovias consultant footprint with a goal of increasing knowledge of Ovia, ultimately impacting our sales goals.

Work with Director of Consultant Relations, Marketing, Sales, Product and Client Success to create a consultant outreach plan to complement our employer efforts while pivoting to benefits messaging specific to consultants.

Attend and lead onsite meetings with key consultant groups and represent Ovia in key national consultant gatherings; travel required.

Provide guidance to Sales Leaders, inclusive of Client Success, on deals with a goal of increasing bookings and engagement.

Work collaboratively on a small, strong team to grow our consultant footprint over time.

We what we require:

Accomplished industry professional with a background in employee benefits or benefits consulting with 8+ years of experience.

Extensive knowledge of the employee benefits industry (women's and family benefits experience a plus).

Data and metrics-driven mindset to demonstrate success in achieving the strategic plan and guide new tactics, pivoting in timely fashion to achieve goals

Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to speak in front of an audience and convey deep expertise in the market and in Ovias unique offerings

Willingness to travel regularly 50% of the time domestically.

Bonus Points If you have:

Deep experience working at or with major industry consultants, e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Lockton, and Gallagher.

Pay Range: $130,000 – 165,000 + bonus

Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
