Labcorp is seeking to hire a Chief Product Officer for its Ovia Health business, a leading digital health platform aimed at improving the lives and health of women and their families. Reporting to Labcorp’s EVP and Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Consumer and will be responsible for building on and expanding Ovia Health’s product offerings by creating a differentiated product strategy and vision, and executing on that vision to deliver for our Employer and Health Plan clients. What you will do:

• Responsible for leading Ovia Health’s product strategy and vision, product development, product management and product marketing functions.

• Define and create Ovia Health’s next generation products and services for its Employer and Managed Care customers, and the consumers they serve.

• Lead, motivate and manage a cross-functional team of product managers, user experience professionals, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and growth.

• Create and refresh the vision and direction of products and services offered to our customers.

• Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the business goals, market dynamics, customer needs and revenue goals.

• Accountable for creating products and services that enable the business to achieve its revenue, profitability and retention goals.

• Identify opportunities to offer Labcorp’s broader solutions to prospective and existing customers.

• Define new offerings across Ovia Health and Labcorp that could open up new markets and customer groups.

• Leverage research, data and insights to make informed decisions about product development, product expansion and new capabilities to bring to market. Using our deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, develop products that meet and exceed their expectations.

• Using business goals, customer needs and data, prioritize work and resources across the product team. Act as the final decision maker on what work is prioritized.

• Define revenue models, pricing, and conduct financial reviews so that products/services achieve customer and business goals.

• Create a strong product culture that includes guiding the team on the importance of continuous and rapid testing and learning, collaboration and use of data and insights to accelerate innovation.

• Guide product marketing and marketing on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Be part of the Digital Health Leadership team, and will work with a core group of peers responsible for advancing Labcorp’s digital health solutions.

• Partner with the Head of Commercial Growth and Business Development, Labcorp’s Digital Experience leader, Labcorp’s OnDemand team and its Managed Care and Employer teams to bring innovative women’s health and digital health solutions to health plans and employers, for the benefit of their members and employees.

What we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field; advanced degree preferred

• Over 8 years leading a healthcare-related business, practice or operation.

• Over 15 years’ experience of product or service management experience within the healthcare industry

• Collaborative leadership abilities, including proven experience managing direct reports with a track record of motivating teams and forging strong organizational partnerships.

• Experience developing strategic plans and successfully executing product roadmaps.

• P&L accountability experience

• Travel expectation: 25%

Pay Range: $210,000 - $243,000 + bonus + equity
