Labcorp is currently seeking a Sr. Manager Real Estate Strategy who will be responsible for the leadership and management of global real estate portfolio consisting of 20 million square feet of owned and leased space. Delivers strategic and tactical plans that align and support business requirements and corporate and supported with data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic, financial and tactical plans for mergers/disposition integration, consolidation/expansion opportunities, and corporate initiatives. Provides recommendations/decisions based on business drivers, data analytics, and best practices.
- Analyze data to support real estate initiatives, strategic direction and other physical space transformational efforts. Apply financial, demographic, and operational data in coherent data sets and use modeling tools to inform real estate portfolio strategies that enhance outcomes and reduce risks.
- Develop and implement standards, benchmarks and metrics to ensure consistent, cost-effective and efficient outcomes including branding, workplace design, and project delivery across the portfolio.
- Oversees the real estate activities and deliverables supporting mergers and acquisitions.
- Conduct research and maintain current industry trends, standards, and methodologies as it relates to processes and deliverables.
- Services as the primary interface with Business Division leaders to understand business goals, direction, and initiatives.
- Develops and maintains reports including KPIs on efficiency and effectiveness of real estate portfolio. Assist in ongoing efforts to streamline processes, develop metrics and enhance reporting driving efficiency.
- Develops influential internal and external business relationships with vendors, business leaders, and key stakeholders supporting both business and team success. Internal stakeholders include Finance, IT, Corporate Operations, Sourcing & Procurement, Legal, and Compliance.
- Business analytics and business process analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ Years Corporate Real Estate (CRE) or Real Estate Consulting Firm
- 3-5 years project/program management or planning
- Professional accreditation in real estate, design, or project management such as PMP, MCR, CCIM, RA.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data & Analytics, Architecture or related field.
- 5-7 Years Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Design and Planning, Project Management, or related field.
Working Conditions:
Flexible work arrangement; can work up to 75% of time at home and 25% in an office. Candidate to be in Burlington/Greensboro and/or Raleigh Durham areas or location near regional hub or core lab including San Diego, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, or Raritan, NJ.
Travel 25% of time
