Are you someone who enjoys variety in your workday, solving problems, and seeing the results of your efforts? If so, Labcorp is looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Madison, WI.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment and systems as needed
- Read and follow plans or drawings for repair and construction projects
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Work closely with team members to plan and complete projects
- Take care of tools, equipment, and materials
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities-related role
- Solid understanding of general repair and maintenance practices
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems
