岗位概述:

执行常规实验室样品处理工作。

职责和责任:

・遵循实验室标本处理和加工流程。

・操作实验室设备。

・识别与预期结果的偏差并进行适当的后续处理。

・根据研究的具体说明处理和运送样本（如血液学、凝血、尿液，血生化等）。

・根据需要进行静脉采血。

・参与生物标本的采集处理。评估并解决与标本采集和分析相关的问题。

・促进实验室工作流程，确保及时完成样本处理。

・操作和使用实验室所有可用的通讯系统，包括电话、复印机、传真机和寻呼机。

・维护和清洁实验室设备。

・清点试剂和耗材，确保实验室运作不间断。

・根据实验室政策和程序，安全地处理危险材料、试剂和化学品。

・清洗实验室玻璃器皿，并保持实验室的整体清洁。

・完成专项任务。

・支持并参与公司和部门有关质量体系实施、维护和持续质量改进活动的各项举措。

教育/资质:

・专科或同等学历。

经验:

・一年实验室工作经验。

・额外的实验室经验可以替代学历要求。

能力: 要求:

・以客户为中心/ 二级

・创新与变革/ 一级

・取得成果/ 二级 工作条件:

・可能需要接触潜在危险材料。

・必须具备视力（能辨别颜色）和听力。

・必须具备优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力。

・必须能够每天使用双手操作、触摸或操控物体、工具或控制装置，包括电脑键盘，时间最长可达 12 小时。

・必须能够每天站立和/或弯腰长达 12 小时。 特殊因素: ・根据需要加班和周末工作。
