Job Description
This position is seeking a candidate who is a strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Oracle developer with 1.5 or more years of experience in working with tool support, minor development, modifications and data management.
Must be self-motivated, creative, technically astute, and able to develop, test, debug and documents solutions and supporting services. Provides support for developed solutions and can resolve Level-1 and Level-2 tickets independently.
Spotfire experience would be desirable.
Job Duties:
- Ability to understand the problem described in the ticket or change request.
- Make changes in the code or provide a solution by independently handling level-1 or level-2 tickets, and adhoc reporting.
- Maintain and update project templates, request queues.
- Configure custom forms, fields, templates, and workflows to align with business processes.
- Create, assign, and manage tasks and projects within Workfront.
- Manage Workfront system settings, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure proper routing and escalation of tickets based on priority and SLA.
- Perform QC checks on completed tickets to ensure adherence to standards.
- Document and enforce process guidelines and SOPs.
- Troubleshoots problems in existing and newly developed applications and facilitates the team to identity and implement effective and durable solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Provide onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing users.
- Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within Workfront.
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Ensure support is provided to the manager in keeping the team metrics GREEN always.
