Project Analyst III – Client EDI Billing
Job Description
The Project Analyst III serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to support electronic data exchange and system integration. This role performs advanced data analysis, identifies root‑cause issues, partners with IT to implement solutions, and drives improvements to EDI billing workflows to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners to support seamless data exchange and system integration.
Lead vendor and system onboarding, including certification, documentation, testing coordination, and timeline management.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify root causes of system or process issues and partner with IT to implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement process improvements that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Support implementation efforts by delivering training, creating documentation, and guiding teams through new processes.
Develop and execute project plans, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, communication plans, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project goals and timelines.
Lead special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as assigned.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; minimum of 7 years of directly applicable experience.
5–7 years of experience leading, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion preferred.
1–2 years of customer‑facing experience supporting HL7 interface implementations strongly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive project completion with minimal supervision.

Additional Information
Work may be performed in a professional office setting or remote/home office, depending on business needs. This position requires regular use of a computer, multiple software applications, and standard office equipment. Work is typically performed in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing or light movement.

Pay Range: $54,500 - $86,000
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN, & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
