Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team!
Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a Second Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
Job Responsibilities
Team Development and Mentorship
Mentor and support junior/salesforce developers.
Technical Oversight
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable architecture
Implement Lightning Experience enhancements and modern UI/UX designs
Perform code reviews, unit testing (minimum 75% coverage), and deployment using CI/CD tools
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross‑functional teams including product management, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Delivery and Operations
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
Build and optimize custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and Flow.
Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure system performance and scalability.
Collaborate with admins, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards
Support releases, production deployments, and post-production validation
Innovation and Emerging Technologies
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and continuous improvement efforts within the engineering organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
3 or more experience in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations
4 or more experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds
2 or more years of experience of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules
2 or more years of experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Git)
2 or more years of experience of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
2 or more experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
Additional Job Standards
Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center, DX, and scratch orgs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, or CPQ
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS
Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture
Understanding of data migration and ETL tools
Salesforce Certifications
