Labcorp is seeking a Senior Specialist – Personalization & Journey Orchestration to join our team at Brigade Twin Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Job Responsibilities

Personalization & Journey Execution

• Build, configure, and launch end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

• Configure audience segmentation, triggers, business rules, and dynamic content personalization

•Define omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, in-app channels, and more.

Customer Experience Personalization

• Translate customer, campaign, and business requirements into personalized journey experiences

• Partner with content teams to operationalize modular content and dynamic personalization frameworks

Experimentation & Optimization

• Design and execute A/B tests, holdouts, and optimization experiments

• Analyze performance data and customer behavior to continuously optimize journeys

• Improve engagement, conversion, and retention metrics through iterative personalization

Data & Platform Enablement

• Work closely with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, CJA and source systems to activate audiences

• Support event frameworks, customer profiles, schemas, and personalization data models

• Collaborate with IT teams to improve data quality and orchestration readiness

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish journey orchestration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

• Continuously identify new personalization use cases and platform capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or related field

• 6–8 years of experience in MarTech roles, with hands-on implementation experience

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementation experience in an enterprise environment

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, CJA, audience management, and journey orchestration

• Proven experience building and deploying personalized customer journeys end-to-end

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, behavioral triggers, and event-based orchestration

• Experience in experimentation, optimization, and campaign performance analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Journey Optimizer certification

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and Offer Decisioning

• Experience with Adobe Target

• Other Adobe certifications

• Experience with modular content strategies and Digital Asset Management ecosystems

• Familiarity with healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated industry marketing environments

• Working knowledge of SQL, customer data models, and API-based integrations

Skills and Competencies

• Strong execution mindset with a bias for action and hands-on delivery

• Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization logic

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, content, analytics, and technology teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with speed and quality

• Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid work environment based in Bengaluru or Mumbai, India.
  • Requires collaboration across global teams and time zones.

Occasional flexibility in work hours may be needed to support global business priorities
