Repligen is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager II to join our team on a 12-month temporary contract. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of new and customized products, with a primary focus on single-use bioprocessing equipment and solutions.
You will manage multiple cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercialization, working closely with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams. The role is based on responsibilities outlined for the former NPI Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple new product and customized product development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, prototype builds, testing activities, and documentation development.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
- Support product transfer into manufacturing and commercialization activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in product development within industrial equipment, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including traditional and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
