Senior Product Manager
Scopely
Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an ambitious new AAA cross-platform game in Culver City on a hybrid basis or remotely in the US.
At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
What You Will Do:
- Define and drive the vision for player-facing features in a live mobile game, ensuring they align with overall product goals and player expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (design, engineering, analytics) to ideate, plan, and deliver engaging features that enhance the core gameplay experience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Use data to inform decisions: analyze KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate on features to continually improve player satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly present product roadmaps, milestones, and feature outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Champion a player-first mentality, balancing player delight with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on mobile free-to-play (F2P) titles or similar digital products.
- Proven track record of shipping successful features or live events in a live-service environment.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting game metrics, designing experiments, and leveraging data insights to inform priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to align multiple teams behind a product vision.
- Understanding of mobile UX best practices and player psychology in F2P or live-service games.
- Adept at balancing creative solutions with practical constraints (timelines, resources, tech).
Bonus Points:
- Passion for shooters, action, or competitive multiplayer games.
- Experience collaborating with external development studios or co-development partners.
- Exposure to AAA-scale development processes and standards.
- Fluency in French, which is helpful for communication with multilingual teams or international partners.
