Scopely is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Benefits Analyst to join our People Team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support our global benefits programs' design, analysis, and administration, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals. We seek someone passionate about employee well-being who can provide data-driven insights to optimize our benefits offerings. This role will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborating across different teams and time zones.

• Assist in designing, implementing, and managing global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of current benefits programs, using data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Handle benefits and leave of absence reconciliation
• Support employees with leave of absence questions
• Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, regional, and global regulations, providing insights on regulatory changes and their potential impact
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive within the industry and across different regions
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for benefits programs, monitoring costs, and recommending cost-saving initiatives where appropriate
• Support developing and implementing wellness programs to enhance employee health and well-being
• Assist in managing benefits-related documentation, including maintaining accurate records and updating systems as needed
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve employee issues and ensure benefits are delivered effectively
• Support the enrollment process for new hires and during open enrollment periods, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted
• Support the tracking and reporting of benefits metrics, providing data to the team to assess program effectiveness
• Support configuration and test of benefits plans in our HR systems
• Answer employee questions via Jira
• Provide analytical support for ad-hoc benefits projects and initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global benefits management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Understanding of international benefits practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to a global audience
• Can demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
