About the Job:

Reporting to the GVP, Solution Engineering , the VP of National Security Strategy and Solutions will define and execute our solutions strategy within the US National Security sector. This role will focus on developing go-to-market strategies, leading special projects, and creating solutions that leverage our existing product portfolio to address national security challenges.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between government operations and our technology, educating government customers on the applicability of our solutions and internal teams on government operations and deployment considerations. This is a unique opportunity to shape our presence in the national security space and directly influence mission-critical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and Socialize how Snowflake can create unique and durable value for US National Security customers and partners.

• Design & Implement: Design and implement tailored solutions leveraging our existing capability suite.

• Develop GTM strategy: Create and drive go-to-market strategies for newly developed National Security Focused Solutions. Identify and drive key partners who can be force multipliers in this space.

• Lead Projects: Lead special projects focused on mission-critical initiatives in national security.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure sales and solution strategies are informed by product knowledge and drive feedback into product planning based on national security customers’ needs.

• Be the customer advocate: Train internal teams on government operations, policies, and deployment requirements.

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to national security customers.

• Build Relationships: Build and manage relationships with government and industry stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experienced Leader: Extensive leadership experience in the Federal Government, specifically in national security.

• Technical Expertise: Technical knowledge of data and analytics solutions in a national security context.

• Public Sector Acumen: Strong understanding of government operations, procurement, and mission priorities.

• Team Leadership: Successfully builds and leads high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
