As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline generation and accelerating revenue within the China market, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded. This will be achieved through a combination of physical and digital campaigns, programs, enterprise initiatives, executive engagement, and ABM strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation programs and campaigns, as well as targeted enterprise marketing programs. These efforts will aim to generate awareness, produce high-quality pipeline, guide prospects through the sales cycle, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Close collaboration with the Snowflake China leadership team will be essential for planning and execution.

This dynamic role requires successful collaboration with diverse individuals and teams, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and possess a natural curiosity to learn and explore.

As the Enterprise Marketing Manager at Snowflake, you will:

  • Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives, encompassing campaign, program, and event planning, content preparation, and event execution to drive both online and offline opportunities, from small to large scale activities.

  • Identify enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams

  • Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives

  • Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts

  • Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies

  • Own & drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management

  • Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment

Our Ideal Enterprise Marketing Manager will have:

  • 12+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, with a proven track record of building and delivering enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and joint partner activities.

  • Possesses the experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas for robust and unique 1:1 campaigns.

  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with marketing and cross-functional leaders (both internal and external).

  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity

  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management

  • Strong project management, prioritization, organizational skills, with a detail-driven approach and accuracy in performance. Anticipates the needs of sales.

  • Attributes: Maintains an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitude.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Language: Fluent in Chinese and English.
