The Business Operations Manager role within our Sales Strategy & Business Ops team will act as a trusted business advisor to sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams as Snowflake seeks acquisitions and strategic partnerships as building blocks to accelerate multi-product GTM growth. This position naturally will have a high visibility with wide exposure to the range of functions, and their leaderships.
The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, learn technical solutions, understand addressable synergistic opportunities in short and long term, and work directly with the data to discern strategic insights. They will be passionate about the Snowflake product, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have superb communication and relationship skills, outstanding analytic insight, and be a passionate advocate for their customers to other internal stakeholders. Active collaboration with cross-functional members will be crucial to the successful execution of the responsibilities. They will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
AS A GTM BUSINESS OPS MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Perform operational due diligence for GTM function, identify risks & mitigation plans, and develop a set of hypotheses on integration strategy
Partner with the deal sponsor, functional teams and workstream leaders to develop the integration approach and organizational structure for the acquired company
Monitor the integration process, address roadblocks, and provide updates on progress and outcomes to senior leadership pre- and post-close

Manage the rhythm of the post-acquisition GTM activities, including the following:
Operationalize interim sales motion
Recurring GTM integration cadence to track integration progress and resolve escalations
Prepare and present recurring business reviews to senior leadership
Design cross-functional programs to deliver strategic partnership initiatives with Partner Strategy, and drive specific opportunities, in partnership with Partner Development Manager
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting M&A integrations for multiple deals with a core focus on GTM functions in high-growth software, platform, and/or IaaS environments
An ability to self-start and operate independently once scope and expectations are clearly defined
A track record of efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration, preferably within an agile and/or matrix environment, with strong organizational and facilitation skills
Experience with database and proficiency in data analytic languages like SQL
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, professional services
Ability to balance time and effort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needs with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Strong academic record required; Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
An adaptive communication style, equally comfortable pitching senior executives and rolling up your sleeves and digging into DATA
